“Superstar” Billy Graham Likely To Need Second Liver Transplant
It has been well known amongst many online professional wrestling publications that one of the most premier names in the annals of sports entertainment history hasn’t been doing so well with his health.
One of the true legends in the business, “Superstar” Billy Graham has not been doing too good with his overall health and has recently undergone even more problems concerning his life.
According to a report from The Wrestling Observer, Graham’s recent liver biospy showed a major degree of cirrhosis.
The report notes that the World Wrestling Entertainment Hall Of Famer is starting new medication that will attempt to put his Hepatitis C into remission and Graham wasn’t put on medication earlier due to concern over his diabetes, which is under control due to diet and insulin use.
The belief is that if the medication works, and his liver functions properly, the organ should last him three years, but if it doesn’t, it could only last him about a year according to the online publication.
The report also states that either way, Graham is unfortunately most likely going to need yet another liver transplant.
Graham is a noted influence on many other top notch performers in professional wrestling including “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan and even “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner.
We here at Force Of Wrestling wish the best for one of the true icons in the industry and hope he recovers successfully from his health issues.
