The Iron Sheik Challenged By 80′s Rapper, Sheik On Stern, More - Posted by Wayne Daly on October 16th, 2009
Eccentric wrestling personality Iron Sheik appeared on the Howard Stern radio show on Thursday morning to answer questions on whether he will file a lawsuit against Brian Blair, who recently accused Sheik of smoking crack and molesting a boy during his WWE career years ago. Sheik, apparently more subdued than usual, said Blair is “a liar” and he is not considering taking any action against Blair. Sheik apparently did not make a trademark rant against Blair. Howard Stern kept pushing Sheik to file a lawsuit against Blair for making the accusations, but Sheik said it wasn’t worth the trouble.
Meanwhile, 1980s rapper Prince Markie Dee of the Fat Boys group issued a challenge to Iron Sheik for a fight after Sheik went on a signature rant against the former rapper. Financial backers of the potential fight have sprung up. Former TNA personality/MMA fighter Frank Trigg has offered to train Markie Dee. Marvel Comics and an MTV group have apparently offered to sponsor the fight. Hugh Hefner has reportedly offered to host the fight at the Playboy Mansion. Sheik has not said whether he will accept the fight.
